Congratulations on the publication of your book! We appreciate the effort that this work represents, and know that you take great pride in it. At Wheatberry Books, we balance the desire to support local authors with the economic need to have books on our shelves that are marketable. Before submitting your work to our book buyers, please consider the following points:

• The book should be of a professional quality  (proofed, edited, designed, and published).

• It should have a spine displaying the title and author. 

• It should be priced comparably to other works of its type. 

• It should be appropriate for our store; i.e. it should not be in a genre that we do not stock or promote. 

• It should be easy for our buyers to obtain. Our first preference is to source books through our regular distributor, but exceptions can be made if necessary. 

• The book must have a barcode for inventory purposes.
